SMS Messaging Consent

OptiFlow Build LLC, doing business as OptiFlow Build, offers optional SMS messaging as part of our contractor workflow platform. This page explains what messages you may receive, how consent works, and how to opt out.

What Messages You'll Receive

If you opt in to SMS communications from OptiFlow Build, you may receive the following types of transactional, service-related messages:

• Confirmation messages when you submit photos, receipts, or job updates via text
• Clarification requests when we need more information about a submission
• Account notifications and security alerts
• Job and project status updates
• Appointment and follow-up reminders
• Customer support responses

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages. All messages are directly related to your account activity and use of the Service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Typical usage is 1–10 messages per week, depending on how actively you submit job updates via text.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.OptiFlow Build is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

How You Opt In

You consent to receive SMS messages from OptiFlow Build when you:

• Create an account on optiflowbuild.com and check the SMS consent checkbox
• Enable SMS notifications in your account settings
• Send your first SMS message to your assigned OptiFlow Build number

Consent is voluntary. You are not required to opt in to SMS messaging as a condition of purchasing or using OptiFlow Build.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any SMS message from OptiFlow Build
• Contacting us at support@optiflowbuild.com
• Updating your notification preferences in your account settings

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe by texting START. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use other features of the Service.

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS consent information are not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your phone number only with our SMS service provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering messages you have requested. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
