General Residential Requirements
- • All residential applications must include scaled drawings
- • Sealed plot plans required for: new residential, room additions, swimming pools, accessory structures
- • Interior alteration/repair only — plot plan NOT required
- • Reviewed under International Residential Code (1 & 2 Family Dwellings)
Fee Information
- 💰 Demolition: Base fee $100 for up to 3,000 sq ft, $3 for each additional 1,000 sq ft over 3,001

Inspection Process
